The room was spacious and comfortable for my family with children. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help with the concerns we had.
However, the chaos in the lobby on our second night really affected our experience.

Good stay but some bumps
We stayed for 2 nights in a Queen room. Check-in was smooth, but the hall was noisy with kids partying. The front desk didn’t seem to care. Most staff were friendly, which helped! Food from the snack bar was alright and easy to grab. Just wish they did something about the late-night chaos.

The double room offered ample space with comfortable two double beds, perfect for families like ours. The pool area had a welcoming vibe and was a hit with the kids, providing a nice option for downtime after our travels.
Luggage carts were scarce and not very accommodating for larger loads, which made check-in a bit of a hassle. I had to request extra at the front desk. We also encountered a plumbing issue with missing toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, which required hunting down staff for a resolution.

The hotel had a lovely indoor pool that was perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The leisure room was great for the kids to hang out in. Our only hiccup was the bathroom setup, which was a bit hard to navigate since it was designed for accessibility, but that didn’t spoil our fun. If you’re planning to stay, definitely check out the pool area! 🌊

The indoor pool was a fantastic hit with my little ones, and the bar served surprisingly great food for a midweek stay. The staff was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to keep the kids entertained.
